said Thursday it reached an agreement on providing paid sick leave with a union representing more than 3,300 of its employees.

The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen’s members will get up to seven paid sick days per year, according to a statement. It provides them with an additional five days leave, and lets them use another two days of paid time off as sick leave. The union represents almost 25% of the company’s craft workforce, and the pact still has to be voted on by members for approval.

The BLET is the eleventh of 12 unions to reach a deal on paid sick leave with the company. Norfolk Southern said that with this agreement about 98% of its craft employees have entered into paid sick leave agreements.

On April 17, Norfolk Southern said it reached an agreement with the Brotherhood of Railway Signalmen to provide about 900 employees with four new days of paid sick leave a year.
