I budgeted 2k for June family vacation. I do not want to go too far and definitely do not want to be caught in the queue when crossing the causeway.
So when I found out that there is now ferry service to Desaru, I decided that’s where we will go for our short break this June.
After researching online and discussing with family, we decided to spend more on the accommodation and only schedule two activities for the trip.
A visit to Desaru Fruit Farm before we checked in to the hotel and Fireflies Cruise on the same evening. As for the second day, we just enjoyed the hotel. From the pristine beach to the sumptuous food and lovely room with the sea view.
We skipped the ATV ride at the Fruit and Adventure Water Park as my spouse and daughter are not too keen about them.
The transferable idea here to investing is that there is more than one way to do it! What is important is not what is the most popular but what suits you the most.
