Thanks to Happily from InvestingNote, I was reminded that the deadline to submit the DRP form for MLT and MINT are 22 August and 26 August respectively.
Till today I have not received the physical form. Based on the responses on InvestingNote, I am not the only one.
If you intend to apply for the DRP and also have not received the physical form, you can email the respective Investor Relations about it. I just did it this morning and received a prompt reply from MLT.
