Cava’s stock rallies 16% as Chipotle competitor vies to be ‘next major cultural cuisine’

Cava Group Inc. shares jumped more than 16% in the extended session Tuesday after the fast-casual restaurant chain presented investors with another double-digit rise in foot traffic and raised its outlook for the year.
