Another quarter has passed and I made some transactions over the past few months. So I decided to do a short post to share how the portfolio has varied compared to June 2023.
The above are the transactions done over the quarter. Reduced MPACT as I wasn’t confident of its short term outlook and I don’t like its exposure to China properties. Reduction in ISRG was due to its high valuation and AAPL was cosmetic. The sale proceeds has allowed me to initiate new positions in ASML, SWAV and United Hampshire REIT. I am optimistic about Raffles Medical’s long term growth, and the remaining buys help to increase my future dividends.
Minimal change in top 10 positions. OCBC overtook Parkway Life as the biggest position now and the recovery in iFAST for the quarter pushed it to second place. With my reduction of MPACT, AEM returned to the top 10.
At the time of writing, top 10 counters contribute to 64% of portfolio. SG counters take up about 74% of the portfolio, with US counters making up the rest.
I will be sharing the 9-month performance of my portfolio in a few days time.
